The Team

The Architecture & Design team supports the development of innovative workplace, retail, and hospitality environments for international clients. Working closely with Interior Architects, Designers, and Project Managers, the 3D Visualizer plays a key role in bringing concepts to life through realistic visual representations and immersive project experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models based on architectural drawings, BIM models, sketches, and design concepts.
• Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings for workplace, retail, and hospitality projects.
• Create visual assets including interior and exterior perspectives, animations, video walkthroughs, and virtual tours.
• Integrate textures, materials, furniture, lighting, vegetation, and environmental elements to enhance project presentations.
• Collaborate closely with Interior Architects, Designers, and Project Managers to accurately represent design intent.
• Support commercial teams by producing compelling visual content for client presentations, proposals, and tenders.
• Ensure visual consistency, quality, and accuracy across all project deliverables.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in architectural visualization and 3D rendering.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain organized libraries of models, textures, and project files according to internal standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in French is mandatory (written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Degree in 3D Design, Architectural Visualization, Architecture, Graphic Design, Applied Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in 3D visualization, ideally within architecture, interior design, real estate, or design environments.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Revit, and Enscape.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of BIM methodologies and Revit workflows is considered an advantage.
• Experience creating animations, video walkthroughs, and immersive visual experiences.
• Strong artistic eye, attention to detail, and understanding of composition, lighting, and materials.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within demanding project deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, organized, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
