Accelerated Service Advisor

Join our Accelerated Service team and help Acura owners get in, serviced, and back on the road fast. Accelerated Service is our express lane for routine maintenance, so you’ll be the face of a quick, efficient, no-appointment-hassle experience. You’ll greet customers as they arrive, write up routine maintenance, explain what’s needed and what can wait, and keep the line moving without sacrificing the personal touch Acura owners expect.

What you’ll do:

• Greet drivers as they pull in and quickly assess their service needs
• Write up express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, filters, fluids, and multi-point inspections
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and provide upfront pricing and wait times
• Coordinate with express technicians to keep vehicles moving through the lane
• Review completed work and payment at pickup
• Identify larger repair needs and hand off to the main service department when appropriate

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay upbeat, organized, and accurate in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Basic automotive knowledge (or a willingness to learn quickly)
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous dealership, quick lube, or retail service experience is a plus; training provided
