This position introduces new products and services and expands business opportunities within customer accounts. This position builds and maintains substantial relationships with customers. This position prepares action plans, customized presentation, research, and analysis before a sale. This position ensures smooth implementation, account set-up, and training on UPS technology solutions after a sale.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for providing high service level to existing customers, ensuring customer retention and developing new accounts
• Responsible for meeting sales target set
• Responsible for penetrating the current customer base and prospecting for new business

Requirements:

• Degree in related fields
• At least 2 years’ of field sales experience/fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Demonstrate customer service focus
• Able to communicate and interact with people at all level
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Experience in Logistic industry will be an added advantage
• Strong PC knowledge, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
