Account Manager
Description
An Account Manager (AM) is a mid-level position in freight brokerage responsible for sales, primarily to LTL customers (but not limited to). An AM should be able to manage customer relationships, solve problems, and provide customer solutions. The day-to-day responsibilities are:
- Meet with customers to sell LTL (and other Atlantic services).
- Craft solutions for customers shipping needs.
- Solve Problems.
- Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
- Other duties as needed.
Job Status: Full-time
Hourly Pay: Based on experience.

Requirements
Position Qualifications
The applicant must:
Be organized, very detail oriented, and a multitasker.
Be fluent on computers (Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic computer functions).
Be able to type.
Exhibit good phone skills for contact with customers and carriers.
Have strong problem-solving skills.
Academic degree is preferable, but not required.
7 years of logistics experience.
