Account Manager

As account manager, you act as the primary local link between regional clients and the main corporate organization, driving retention, satisfaction, and organic growth without daily in-person supervision from headquarters. Your portfolio can be either HQ or non-HQ customers.

Position Dynamics: you act as a hybrid of a high-level salesperson, a program manager, and a trusted advisor bridging the client and internal cross-functional teams.

 

What you'll do

• Account Planning: Build and execute written, multi-year strategic joint plans tailored to each major customer’s business goals.
• Executive Engagement: Cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers at the client organization.
• Revenue Growth: Identify and close cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts to meet expansion targets .
• Internal Coordination: Lead virtual or cross-functional internal teams (product, support, delivery) through influence to ensure seamless solution delivery and issue resolution.
• Governance & Review: Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and track performance metrics to demonstrate ongoing ROI and strategic value.
