About the role
Accountant, New Rochelle, NY Conduct core accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, discrepancy analysis, and maintenance of accounting records; coordinate with Sales and Marketing to investigate and resolve customer deductions, account variances, and discrepancies; prepare journal entries and account analyses for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; generate monthly AR closing reports to support financial reporting, collection strategies, and working capital management; monitor AR aging reports and coordinate follow-up on overdue invoices.
