✨✨✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Activities Coordinator at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida✨✨✨
Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Pay: $40,000 salary

What you will do: As an Activities Coordinator you will work as a staff member of the Student Services Department team. Primarily responsible for providing daily recreational and leisure time that is physically challenging, educational, and constructive. The Activities Coordinator reports to the Clinical Director.
To be considered you should Process: BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or equivalent preferred. Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture. Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise students. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
