Pay : HK$58,922 - HK$88,971 (HGPS Point 24 to 33) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of the Orthoptic Unit and perform relevant administrative duties.
2. Provide orthoptic treatment to patients.
3. Supervise and give on-the-job training to junior staff.

Entry Requirements:
1. A diploma or degree in Orthoptics, or equivalent.
2. Be eligible for registration with the United Kingdom Health and Care Professions Council or Australian Orthoptic Board, or equivalent.
3. 2 years’ full-time experience in Orthoptics.

Preferable Attributes/Exposure:
1. Fluency in written English as well as spoken English and Cantonese.
2. A post-basic academic or professional qualification.
3. A management qualification and/or experience.
4. Contribution to professional development including research, teaching and training.
5. Knowledge of other clinical skills will be advantage.
6. Communication skill.
7. Empathy.
8. Commitment to patient care.
9. Leadership.
10. Interpersonal skills.
