Advisor, Services Project/Program Management
It takes something special to drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. That’s a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk projects - from design to delivery.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Senior Advisor, you will build dashboards and reports that track milestones, risks, and benefits. You will recommend actions to accelerate delivery and remove blockers.

You will:
- Prepare reviews, rosters, and communications.
- Produce business review materials and updates.
- Streamline hand-offs across PMs, SMEs, and Ops.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Data preparation and validation for project records.
- Strong reporting and presentation preparation skills.
- Organization and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of schedules and submission processes.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Power BI/Tableau certification; strong Excel skills; PM tool exposure.
