Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Managers in managing and growing the Treasures client portfolio.
  • Assist in executing client transactions, account opening, and maintenance processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Address client inquiries promptly, providing high-quality service and operational support.
  • Conduct regular reviews and ensure compliance with all regulatory, KYC (Know Your Customer), and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, product teams, and compliance, to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare portfolio reports, market updates, and administrative documentation for client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in a client-facing or support role within wealth management or consumer banking.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment services, and banking operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant regulatory certifications in financial advisory are highly advantageous.
