As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, Product Owners, and technical teams to understand complex challenges and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. You will lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and traceability throughout the development lifecycle. By identifying business rules, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts, you will help teams make informed decisions and prioritize the right solutions. Accountabilities

• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Lead interviews, meetings, and workshops with clients and business teams to identify problems, understand needs, clarify objectives, and define expected outcomes before determining potential solutions.

• Requirements Documentation: Gather, analyze, detail, document, validate, and maintain business, functional, and non-functional requirements, ensuring they are clear, consistent, complete, and actionable.

• Business Rules and Impact Assessment: Identify and document business rules, integrations, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks associated with project requirements and proposed changes.

• Requirements Modeling: Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to support a shared understanding of requirements across stakeholders.

• Prioritization and Scope Management: Support Product Owners and relevant stakeholders in evaluating and prioritizing demands based on business needs, expected value, and potential impacts. Contribute to scope definition and refinement, assessing the consequences of requirement changes.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between clients, business areas, Product Owners, technical teams, suppliers, and project management, facilitating communication and alignment on requirements, decisions, and priorities.

• Development Support: Clarify business rules and requirements throughout the development process, helping resolve questions, inconsistencies, and changes as they arise.

• Testing and Acceptance: Support solution validation, acceptance testing, and approval of deliverables by verifying that implemented functionality meets documented requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Traceability and Documentation Management: Keep requirements, decisions, and supporting documentation accurate and up to date, maintaining traceability throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

• Business Analysis Experience: Proven experience in business analysis and requirements management, working closely with clients, business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.

• Requirements Elicitation: Hands-on experience conducting interviews, meetings, and workshops to understand business problems, objectives, needs, and expected results.

• Requirements Specification: Ability to translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Process and Impact Analysis: Experience analyzing business processes, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, risks, and the potential impact of proposed changes.

• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to gather and validate
