Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the Kelapa Gading area.
• Provide personalized financial advisory and wealth management solutions based on clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
• Acquire new-to-bank clients through active prospecting and referrals.
• Collaborate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive investment, insurance, and treasury solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies.
• Deliver excellent client service to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in relationship management within the financial services or wealth management sector.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products, including mutual funds, bancassurance, and structured products.
• Relevant financial certifications are highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
