We are seeking an experienced Apartment Turns Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and understands that every apartment they prepare will soon become someone's home. What You'll Do
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing:
- Painting and drywall repair
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Carpentry and general maintenance
- Appliance and fixture replacement
- Cabinet, door, hardware, and trim repairs
- Flooring touch-ups and minor repairs
- Final move-in-ready inspections
- Unit cleaning and preparation to ensure a welcoming first impression

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Apartment maintenance, make-ready, remodeling, construction, or general maintenance experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- A customer-service mindset and respect for older adults
