Assembler

At Conax Technologies, we manufacture temperature sensors, compression seal fittings, and cable and harness assemblies for a broad range of industries around the world. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team at our Tempe, AZ location. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to start or grow their manufacturing career in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

This position will work Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm.

What You'll Do

• Produce parts that require the ability to thread wires by hand and operate associated machines during the production process
• Work in a safe and responsible manner
• Follow technical instructions and use proper methods and tools to assemble parts
• Interpret blueprints and technical terms to assemble parts to appropriate specifications
• Ensure quality of parts and materials used in production meets requirements
• Follow company procedures and directives
• Regularly communicate with teammates and supervision regarding assembly orders and issues
• Maintain the tools used to create products
• Demonstrate Conax's core values of integrity, commitment, innovative thinking, customer centric, and teamwork

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions
• Proficiency using computer-based applications
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
