Join Our Elgin Distribution Team as a VBS Assembly Clerk
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in getting the details right, and likes seeing the results of your work at the end of the day? We’re looking for a VBS Assembly Clerk to join our Elgin Distribution team and help bring our Vacation Bible School products to life.
In this role, you’ll assemble kits, prepare materials, operate production equipment, and help ensure products are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll also have opportunities to support fulfillment, inventory and material handling, and specialized Direct to Garment (DTG) production. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new skills, working as part of a team, and contributing to products that support churches and ministries around the world.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who brings a positive attitude and is ready to learn. You’ll be a strong fit if you have a high school diploma or GED, can follow detailed instructions and Bills of Materials (BOMs), are comfortable using computers and learning equipment, and can safely perform the physical requirements of a warehouse and assembly environment. Previous assembly, warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience is helpful, but with 0–2 years of experience, this is also a great opportunity to build your skills in a hands-on distribution environment.
