Description
Job Summary: The Assembly Team Lead will be responsible for helping overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining a safe working environment at our plant 3 location. This role includes maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks and provide direction to meet operational goals.
- Monitor workflows and adjust as needed to support changing priorities or workloads.
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance targets.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to promote skill development and accountability.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report potential hazards promptly.
Skills and Competencies:
- Must have manufacturing experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
