You’ll join a team working with some of the world’s biggest brands, helping them connect with audiences through innovative media strategies and campaigns.

Depending on the role, you could be:

• Supporting campaigns across TV, digital, social, audio and more

• Researching audiences and analysing campaign performance

• Helping plan and activate digital advertising campaigns

• Creating reports, presentations and insights

• Working with clients, media owners and specialist teams

• Developing your understanding of how the media industry works

No previous media experience is required. What matters most is your curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have an interest in media, marketing or advertising

• Are strong communicators and well organised

• Are proactive and eager to learn

• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Are comfortable working with numbers and basic maths

If you’re ready to launch your career in media and want the opportunity to learn from experienced teams, work with leading brands and build a long-term career in the industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.

Omnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent. We agree that talent is uniquely distributed, and we’re focused on developing inclusive teams that can bring the best solutions to everything we do. We strongly believe that celebrating what makes us different makes us better together. Join us—we look forward to getting to know you.
