*Key Responsibilities of Role

Site Delivery & Front Management

• Own delivery of the site against the baseline — cost, schedule, quality and safety — and the recovery plan when it slips.

• Integrate civil, mechanical, electrical, commissioning and enabling works into one sequenced, de-conflicted front. • Keep work fronts open and productive — sequence fronts, balance resources and break the daily bottlenecks that stall progress.

Drive contractor performance and productivity;

• hold them to programmed, manpower and method commitments.

Safety, Quality & Statutory Ownership On The Ground

• Be visibly, personally accountable for zero harm — set the tone, walk the site, and back every stop-work made for the right reason.

• Own built quality — ensure hold-points, inspections and build-right-first-time discipline are real, not paperwork. • Ensure statutory, environmental and labor compliance is live on site — permits, consents, hold-points and conditions are met before and during work.

• Make sure execution never runs ahead of land, ROW and statutory clearance for a given front.

Cost, Commercial & Resource Control

• Own site cost and productivity — manpower, plant, material and cash deployed for output, not just activity.

• Govern measurement, billing and certification with the Project Controller so paid work equals built work.

• Control change at source — flag scope creep and field changes early, with cost and time impact, before they become claims.

• Optimize the deployment of shared resources across contractors and fronts.

Stakeholder, Land & Community Peace

• Hold day-to-day peace with the local community, land owners, labor and local administration — the relationships that keep fronts open.

• Own escalation and resolution of land, ROW, R&R and statutory blockers that threaten the front, working HO and authorities together.

• Steward CSR, environment, horticulture and local-employment commitments as the project's license to operate. • Be the project's credible local face when an issue could escalate beyond the gate. Site Organization, Risk & Readiness

• Build and lead an integrated site team across functions and contractors; set clear ownership and a fast escalation path.

• Run a disciplined site governance rhythm — daily fronts, weekly progress, risk and look-ahead — that surfaces problems early.

• Own the top site risks and their mitigation; ensure no single failure can quietly stop the project.

• Drive readiness for testing, commissioning and handover from early in execution, not as an afterthought.

• Deliver site pre-con readiness against the zero-date model - secured land, statutory permissions, pre-con studies, site and staff infrastructure, worker infrastructure and logistics.

• Engage GC partners early for constructability and value-engineering and hold the proposed project start date so actual start matches plan.

• Run execution through the PMC-led alliance model with defined scope and role clarity across owner, PMC and GC, and confirm PMC mobilization and manpower deployment to plan.

• Conduct site project reviews on the Parivartan cost and schedule dashboards.

• Complete and sign off the project closure report for completed site projects.

• Uphold labor-law compliance with timely third-party audits, standardized worker accommodation, colony and central kitchen, effective grievance redressal, and end-to-end workmen lifecycle monitoring.

Decision Authority & Accountability

• Final site authority on day-to-day execution, sequencing and resource deployment.

• Sole authority to stop work on safety, quality, statutory or labor-risk grounds, and to back others who do.

• Approves site-level spend, work-front release and contractor instructions within the Delegation of Authority.

• Authority to redeploy site resources across contractors and fronts to protect the critical path.

• Accountable to the CPO for site cost and schedule outturn, statutory compliance, zero fatality and front availability.
