Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Working closely with the Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage, you’ll help shape the department’s direction and ensure that every operation runs smoothly, profitably and in line with Hyatt’s brand standards. You’ll set a strong example on the floor, support and develop our associates, and build a culture where care, thoughtful service and attention to detail come naturally.

This is a role for a hands-on leader who balances operational excellence with commercial thinking. You’ll help manage budgets, control costs, grow revenue and support marketing initiatives, while keeping guest satisfaction at the heart of every decision. From daily outlet operations to special events, you’ll bring the energy, judgement and teamwork needed to deliver consistently outstanding results for our guests, associates and owners.

• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others

• Proven track-record of restaurant, bar, banqueting and outlet operations, preferably in a luxury hotel environment

• A genuine commitment to excellent guest service and the ability to resolve challenges with confidence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems

• A very good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage
