About the role
- Accountable for volume and yield performance from GFF primarily for DP World Rail vertical.
2. Ensure sales effectiveness and efficiency.
3. Analyze trends and have business plans for customers.
4. Handle customer communication for senior level contacts.
5. Solicit Customer Satisfaction Surveys participation, investigate causes of customer dissatisfaction.
6. Sales Pipeline management and forecasting for owned customers.
7. Ensure that market intelligence and feedback is captured and disseminated.
8. Revenue and yield opportunity reviews.
9. Selling Efficiency as a Value Prop to the GFF customers.
