In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key strategic initiatives and projects within the department.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and process optimization.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular progress reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 12 Years of experience in quality assurance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
- Substantial experience in project management, business analysis, or financial services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are preferred.
