Associate, AP Service Delivery (Direct)

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate/Specialist, AP Service Delivery to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service centre in our BGC office!

Responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day invoice processing, 3-way matching for all incoming invoices, and related documentation
2. Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all incoming invoices and related documentation received
3. Ensure that all data is accurately input during processing
4. Address discrepancies, errors, or issues with processing, and escalate to leads/managers to resolve problems promptly
5. Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and respond in a professional and timely manner
6. Support obtaining necessary approvals and resolution of issues for non-standard invoices and all related documentation processing.
7. Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements in all accounts payable processes
8. Provide backup support to other AP teams, ensuring continuity of data maintenance and issue resolution when required
9. Stay informed about changes in regulations and contribute to compliance efforts
10. Perform Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy or any related Finance business courses
• Open for Fresh graduates
• Close attention to details and accuracy
• Proficient in using Excel (e.g., pivot, vlookup, etc.)
• Experience in using accounting systems is preferred
• Experience in a shared services centre or Business Process Outsourcing is preferred
• Good English is preferred for effective communication with overseas stakeholders and vendors
