About the role
Devsinc is looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer with knowledge of OpenStack and a strong foundation in software development fundamentals. The ideal candidate should have basic programming knowledge in Python and/or the MERN stack, along with an eagerness to learn and grow. Candidates with at least 1 year of industry experience are preferred; fresh graduates with relevant OpenStack knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and related solutions.
Contribute to development tasks using Python and/or MERN stack technologies.
Work with the engineering team on OpenStack-related tasks and cloud infrastructure solutions.
Help troubleshoot technical issues and participate in debugging.
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following development best practices.
Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and learn new technologies.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Knowledge of OpenStack is mandatory.
Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and software development concepts.
Knowledge of Python and/or MERN stack technologies.
Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
Basic familiarity with databases and software development practices.
Basic understanding of Linux, networking, or cloud computing concepts is an advantage.
Experience:
At least 1 year of industry experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they meet the mandatory OpenStack requirement.
