Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more. Whether it’s hosting an unforgettable studio tour, creating an optimal workspace, or equipping talent to tell the best stories, these teams lay the foundation for the memorable experiences we provide.

Your New Role

スタジオツアー内の動く展示、照明、音響、映像などのショー設備が毎日問題なく動くよう、点検・メンテナンス・不具合対応を担当します。

ビジター（お客様）とクルーの安全を最優先に作業計画を立てて実施しながら、チームで知識や経験を共有し、対応できる技術領域を広げていくことも大切な役割です。

日々の保全に加えて設備の改善や新規導入にも携わる機会があり、自分たちの技術が映画の世界とビジター体験を支えていることを実感できる仕事です。

 

Your Role Accountabilities

• 営業開始前の動作確認(展示、映像、音響、照明)と、営業終了後のシャットダウン
• 不具合発生時の状況確認、原因の切り分け、応急修理
• 保全マニュアルに沿った点検・整備(電子部品の修理、機械部品の交換、展示の塗装補修など)
• 修理・点検で得た知見(故障の原因、対処手順など)のマニュアルへの反映
• 外部業者の立ち会い(動く展示物の定期メンテナンスなど、外部業者による点検・修理)
• スペアパーツ・工具の管理
• OJTや研修による技術力の向上と、メンテナンス業務の中でのメンバー間の知識・技能の共有
• 他部署と作業予定や設備の状況を共有し、部署を超えてスタジオツアーの運営に協力
• 設備の改善提案や、新規設備の導入への参画

 

Qualifications & Experiences

必須

• 機械設備・自動制御設備の保守、設計、改善業務のいずれかの経験
• 設備の仕組みを理解し、ルールと手順を守って安全に点検・整備を行える技術知識
• Excel、WordなどMicrosoft Officeの基本操作
• チーム、他部署、外部業者と円滑に協働できるコミュニケーション力
• 新しい知識や技術に好奇心を持ち、学んで周囲と共有する姿勢

歓迎

• 電気回路・電気制御・自動制御、または機械設備・機構・機械整備に関する知識・経験
• 照明・音響・映像設備、ショーコントロールに関する知識・経験
• プログラミング、美術品補修・塗装、施設・設備の立ち上げ、安全衛生、設備の故障診断・トラブルシューティングに関する知識・経験
