Positions Available
Express / Maintenance Technician
Perfect for:
- Automotive Technology Graduates
- Express/Lube Technicians
- Maintenance Technicians
- Technicians with 1-2 years of automotive experience looking to advance
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and multi-point inspections
- Complete Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs)
- Rotate and balance tires
- Replace filters and wiper blades
- Inspect brakes, steering, suspension, and fluid levels
- Complete maintenance services according to manufacturer standards
- Identify repair opportunities
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experienced Automotive Technician
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Manufacturer experience preferred but not required
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability concerns
- Perform Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs)
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs
- Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
- Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
- Accurately document diagnostics and repair procedures
- Participate in manufacturer training and certification programs
- Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional workmanship
