Job Description
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Volkswagen and other customer vehicles efficiently and accurately
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and factory-recommended services
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, engine, brake, and suspension concerns
Utilize diagnostic equipment and follow manufacturer repair procedures
Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development
Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer service
Qualifications
Previous automotive repair or maintenance experience preferred
ASE certifications and/or automotive technical school training are a plus
Volkswagen or European automotive experience preferred but not required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
Dependable, team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements
