Job Description
Banquet Manager :
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent hospitality and service.
Supervise and coordinate banquet events, setups, and service operations.
Coordinate with clients and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
Manage food and beverage quality and service standards.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper staffing for each event.
Monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, and labour costs.
Maintain banquet equipment, inventory, and supplies.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees.
Monitor employee performance, engagement, and retention.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
Maintain hotel standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
Ensure teamwork and effective communication across departments.
Achieve banquet revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
