The historic hotel showcases majestic Venetian architecture dating back to the 14th century. Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli.

About the Role:
You will support the Bartenders and Service Team in delivering an exceptional beverage experience at Bar Dandolo, the signature lobby bar. As a Barback, you will play a key role in ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently by maintaining stock levels, preparing supplies, and keeping the bar area organized and impeccably presented. Your contribution will help create seamless service and memorable experiences for our guests, in line with Four Seasons’ culture of genuine heart.

What You Will Do:

• Support Bartenders during service by replenishing beverages, ice, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Maintain the bar mise en place, ensuring all stations are fully stocked, organized, and ready for operations.
• Polish glassware, prepare garnishes, and assist with beverage preparation as directed by Bartenders.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all bar areas, storage rooms, and equipment at all times.
• Receive, transport, and properly store beverage deliveries according to company procedures.
• Remove used glassware and assist with clearing and resetting bar areas during service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations, alcohol service laws, and Four Seasons health and safety standards.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
• Work closely with Bartenders, Servers, and the wider F&B team to ensure seamless guest service.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, or luxury hotel environments is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to lift and transport bar supplies and stock throughout shifts.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time position based at Hotel Danieli, Venice.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
