Barista Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Barista to prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. This position will also support the Bakery team with basic production, oven work, packaging, restocking, display organization, and cleaning as needed. Schedule includes rotating shifts Monday–Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Requirements

Barista Qualifications:

• Availability to work full-time rotating shifts Monday–Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience as a Barista, Coffee Barista, Café Attendant, Bakery Clerk, Food Service Worker, or Customer Service Representative preferred.
• Experience preparing coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, teas, and other beverages preferred.
• Ability to operate café equipment safely and keep equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Willingness to assist with basic Bakery production, oven work, packaging, restocking, and product organization.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Ability to maintain beverage stations, display cases, counters, and work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
