Are you an experienced manager who can lead people, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence? We are looking for a Branch Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our branch, develop high-performing teams, and ensure the smooth execution of all key business processes. This role carries responsibility for operational results, customer satisfaction, and the continued growth of the branch.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of the branch
• Lead, develop, and mentor the management team
• Ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency
• Support business development activities, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate closely with the Sales team
• Take responsibility for branch financial performance, cost control, and productivity
• Support company initiatives, standards, and compliance processes
• Foster a positive company culture and strong employee engagement

Qualifications

What Are We Looking For?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or a related industry
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Ability to lead change and implement effective processes
• Commercial awareness and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Good understanding of financial metrics and budget management
• Excellent English language skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Fluent Czech and advanced English language skills
