Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be a vital part of our restaurant operations, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious food items in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
* Operate cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Prepare food items according to Burger King's standards and recipes, including grilling burgers, frying, and assembling sandwiches.
* Ensure food quality, presentation, and freshness meet company standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.
* Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns politely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
* Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required.
* Must be at least 16 years of age.
