About the role
Responsible to lead, develop and motivate the liabilities RM, RO, ARM teams, including performance assessment and appraisal.
Achieve set targets - for himself and his team- as well as aimed service levels.
Ensure cost efficiency / profitability.
Guide liabilities teams to develop fruitful long lasting relations with existing clients as well as seeking new business opportunities.
Offering comprehensive cash management solutions to clients including collections / payment solutions.
Promote the online banking whenever / wherever applicable.
Ensure satisfactory account conduct of BB accounts, early rectification of various related issues, in addition to revenues generation.
Responsible for achieving Dep. objectives and targets through managing, training and following up on the team members
