About the role
- Support business teams in executing day-to-day operations and achieving departmental goals.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to digitization initiatives.
- Participate in customer onboarding processes, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to market outreach, research, and analysis to support business growth and expansion.
- Assist in cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Support efforts to enhance customer experience through effective communication and service support.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to identify innovative solutions and best practices.
- Participate in training, learning activities, and continuous development programs.
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Teamwork and collaboration mindset
- Basic understanding of digital tools and technology (preferred)
