About the Role:
You will work closely with the CEO and business development team to develop commercial partnerships and support our growth across Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients and partners, including token projects, exchanges, and Web3 businesses
- Manage outreach, introductory meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Explain the firm’s trading and market-making services to external stakeholders.
- Research and conduct initial due diligence on potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate internally to support client onboarding and ongoing partnerships.
- Maintain the business development pipeline and track progress.
- Attend industry events and travel for business meetings as needed.
Who You Are:
- Have 1–2 years of sales and business development experience in Web3.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Have an established network within the Southeast Asian Web3 ecosystem.
- Understand the basics of crypto markets, liquidity, and market making.
- Communicate clearly and build relationships confidently.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and organized, with a strong sense of ownership.
