Campers Inn RV, the Nation's Largest Family-Operated RV Dealership, is seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Manager for a unique opportunity combining sales leadership and Finance & Insurance (F&I) management.
This position offers the opportunity to lead a sales team, drive dealership performance, and oversee financing operations while helping customers find their perfect "AWAY."
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a successful sales team.
Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Manage financing, lender relationships, and F&I product offerings.
Oversee deal structuring and guide transactions from sale through completion.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and ethical business practices.
What We're Looking For
Automotive or RV dealership experience, preferably in sales management and/or F&I.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
Knowledge of dealership financing, sales processes, and operations.
A motivated, customer-focused professional with a commitment to results and integrity.
