About the role
Riverview Village Senior Living (Menomonee Falls, WI) and
Brenwood Park Assisted Living (Franklin, WI) are looking for an experienced Business Office Manager! We need a leader who can drive operations, support employees, partner with leadership, and create exceptional experiences for residents and families across two communities.
If you're the person who keeps payroll accurate, billing on track, files organized, positions filled, and operations running smoothly, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Own
- Payroll, billing, accounts payable, and resident financials
- Recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management
- HR administration and compliance
- Resident and employee record management
- Business office operations and process improvement
- Partnership with Executive Directors and department leaders
- Supervision and development of office team members
What We're Looking For
- Previous Business Office Manager or similar experience in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or Long-Term Care
- Strong payroll, billing, HR, and office management experience
- Ability to support multiple priorities and two communities
- Exceptional organization, communication, and leadership skills
Required Certifications
Current CBRF Certifications:
- Standard Precautions
- First Aid & Choking
- Fire Safety
- Medication Administration certification (preferred)
