Business Operation Support Intern (6 Months Internship)

Job Description

Sales Support Activities

• Prepare and provide essential materials such as brochures, catalogs, and presentations for the Sales team to facilitate customer consultations.
• Assist in maintaining and updating sales documentation, product information, and customer databases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication.

Administrative Tasks

• Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
• Greeting customers and other visitors and directing them to offices and meeting rooms.
• Performing clerical tasks, such as recording contracts, transactions, handover records and other general office files related to the company’s operations.
• Tracking, replenishing and ordering office supplies to avoid interruptions.
• Daily receive, send, manage and store letters, documents and goods from/to partners.
• Support any additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

Marketing & Communication Support

Event Coordination: Support the execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

1.      Education:

• University student

2.      Work Experience:

• Marketing/Business/Administrative-related internship (preferable)

3.      Languages:

• Mandatory: English & Vietnamese (speaking & writing fluently)   

4.      Hardware / Software Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel & PowerPoint

5.     Personality:

• Responsible
• Proactive & willing to learn
• Detail-oriented
• Deadline-committed

Additional Information

Regular working time: 

• 9 AM – 6PM Mon to Fri
