About the Role
The post holder will provide senior business management, performance and delivery support to the Strategic Director and Resident Services Leadership Team, translating strategic priorities and decisions into clear, controlled and sustained delivery. The role will establish the detailed implementation disciplines required across Resident Services, including integrated delivery plans, schedules, milestones, deadlines, budgets, benefits, dependencies, risks and longer-term control arrangements.

- Experience of developing and embedding performance management frameworks and balanced scorecards, supported by reliable measures, targets, review arrangements and integrated reporting across performance, finance, risk, workforce and delivery.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budget monitoring, forecasting, savings delivery, spend control, procurement or contract management.
