About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Process Partner based in Brazil.
As a Business Process Partner, you will play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling global sales operations within a fast-growing enterprise software environment. Working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, you will drive high-impact initiatives that improve business processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency. You will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions. The role covers the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and opportunity management to customer expansion and renewals. You will contribute to strategic projects, support the evolution of sales technologies, and help drive organizational change. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who combines strong analytical capabilities, business understanding, and technical expertise.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Technology, Data Science, Sales Strategy, Marketing Operations, and other relevant stakeholders, to deliver strategic business initiatives.
- Drive complex, high-impact projects that support customer-facing go-to-market (GTM) teams and contribute to the scalability of global sales operations.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams to identify, develop, and implement solutions that optimize sales processes and improve operational capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, DACIs, wireframes, and other supporting materials.
- Manage and administer sales systems and tools, ensuring they effectively support business needs and operational workflows.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), smoke testing, system implementations, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery of new capabilities.
- Work closely with Enablement teams to develop training materials and support the adoption of new systems, tools, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with business strategy and operations teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver projects aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support the continuous improvement of the sales technology ecosystem by evaluating existing tools and identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions that drive efficiency and business growth.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in Sales Operations or a closely related business operations function.
- Previous experience working in a high-growth enterprise software or technology company.
- Strong understanding of both direct and channel sales ecosystems, including their processes, operational requirements, and business models.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to cash collection, as well as post-sales activities such as customer onboarding, expansion, retention, and renewals.
- Hands-on experience with common go-to-market and sales enablement platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, DocuSign, and PandaDoc.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing new technologies to enhance and scale an evolving sales technology stack.
- Familiarity with software subscription models and cloud-based software sales environments.
- Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform; Salesforce certifications are considered a strong advantage.
- Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and practical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify critical business decisions, assess their implications, and evaluate both short-term and long-term impacts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to manage complex projects independently, demonstrate initiative, and influence stakeholders without direct management authority.
- A proactive, adaptable, and strategic mindset, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Comprehensive benefits and perks designed to support employees' personal and professional well-being.
- Health and wellness resources.
- Benefits and support programs for employees and their families.
- Paid volunteer days to encourage community engagement and social impact.
- Flexible working arrangements, allowing employees to work from an office, remotely, or through a hybrid model, depending on location and eligibility.
- A collaborative and inclusive working environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Opportunities to work with international teams and contribute to strategic global initiatives.
- A culture that encourages professional development, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Recruitment accommodations and adjustments available throughout the hiring process.
