Overview
Urgent: Skilled Caregivers Needed for Short Shifts (Weekend Availability Preferred) Locations: Westlake Village, Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks Shifts Available: Monday through Sunday ( Saturday or Sunday availability is highly preferred)- 📍 Westlake Village
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Duties: Engaging companionship, meal preparation, and providing transportation to outings.
- 📍 Woodland Hills
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Duties: Stand-by assistance and hands-on mobility support as needed.
- 📍 Thousand Oaks
- Schedule: Flexible short shifts available across mornings, days, and evenings.

Responsibilities
Your Impact
As an Special Needs Caregiver, you will:
- Provide overnight supervision, comfort, and routine support
- Help clients with personal care, redirection, and sensory‑friendly engagement
- Document nightly activities and communicate any changes or concerns
- Promote independence and inclusion within the home environmen
Qualifications
At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
- Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in caregiving, behavioral therapy, or working with individuals with autism (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and current driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and maintain a calm, patient presence
