Position Summary:
The Table Games Dealer is responsible for conducting assigned table games in a professional, accurate, and entertaining manner while ensuring compliance with all casino policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls. The Dealer safeguards casino assets, protects the integrity of the games, and delivers exceptional guest service to provide an enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons. The Dealer is expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and operational excellence at all times.

The Dealer safeguards casino assets, protects the integrity of the games, and delivers exceptional guest service to provide an enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons. The Dealer is expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and operational excellence at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of table games including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Caribbean Stud Poker, Three Card Poker, and other approved casino games.
- Basic mathematics proficiency.
- Must successfully pass a dealer audition administered by the Casino Management Team.
- Must possess a valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Must successfully pass all applicable background screening and drug-free workplace requirements.
- Must be a Dutch citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain all licenses required by Aruba gaming authorities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
