Job Type: Full-Time (40+ hours/week), Monday–Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Pay Range: $26–$32/hour
Location: 630 Proctor Ave NW, Elk River, MN 55330

Position Summary

Beaudry Oil & Propane is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious CDL Class B Propane/Fuel Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting and delivering propane and fuel to customer locations while providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety. This position requires the ability to work independently, maintain accurate delivery records, and build positive relationships with customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Loads secures, transports, delivers, and unloads propane/fuel from specified destinations
• Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance
• Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in a safe manner
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies
• Perform routine maintenance on the delivery truck

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Valid CDL Class B or A driver's license with Hazmat and tank endorsements
• Clean driving record
• Strong Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands described below are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions. This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing, and handling of propane and fuel delivery equipment. Employees must regularly lift and/or move 40–60 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Duties include handling delivery hoses, operating valves, and safely entering and exiting commercial vehicles. Work is primarily performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, snow, and ice. Employees may be exposed to fuel vapors, vehicle exhaust, noise, and other hazards associated with propane and fuel delivery operations.
