**$2,500 Sign on Bonus Full-Time Only**(Bonus will be paid out as follows: $700 after 3 months; $700 after 6 months; $1,100 after 12 months)

C.N.A Full-Time Double Weekends (6a-10p Sat & Sun)

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
