Schedule: 4 days per week with rotating Saturday shifts

What Our Client Care Specialists Do

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, making every visit start and end on a positive note
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help keep the day running smoothly
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and keep client and patient records accurate
• Communicate clearly with clients and work closely with our doctors and medical team
• Ask for help when you need it and offer help when your teammates do
• Share your knowledge, skills, and experiences with the team
