Join the team leading one of the world's most influential and fast-evolving brands. As Client Partner for OpenAI, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping integrated media, marketing and communications strategies that support ambitious growth objectives, deepen audience engagement and strengthen market presence across a rapidly changing global landscape.
As the senior agency lead, you'll build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of OpenAI's business priorities, products, audiences and evolving market dynamics. You'll translate this understanding into integrated, insight-led strategies that connect media, communications, data, creative and customer experience disciplines to deliver measurable business impact.
Acting as the primary senior point of contact, you'll bring together multidisciplinary teams across strategy, planning, activation, analytics, communications and specialist capabilities to ensure seamless delivery and consistently high standards of work. You'll provide strategic direction across the account, aligning agency expertise around client objectives while fostering collaboration, innovation and operational excellence.
You'll also have overall responsibility for account performance, including commercial stewardship, resource planning, operational delivery and sustainable growth. Working within a complex and fast-paced global environment, you'll identify opportunities to deepen the partnership, broaden the agency's contribution and drive long-term value for both OpenAI and the agency.
