• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and advisors for an assigned group of recordkeeping only plans
• Demonstrate teamwork by working in congruence with Client Service Managers to provide WOW service
• Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and chats from plan sponsors and advisors in a timely manner
• Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll upload inquiries
• Request information from plan sponsors and advisors as needed by other departments
• Obtain missing signatures for plan documents and amendments
• Monitor and pro-actively communicate annual compliance project needs, deadlines and filings
