🌺 Make a meaningful impact on O’ahu with BAYADA! 🌺
The BAYADA OBA office is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Services Associate to join our compassionate team in an on-site role supporting clients, families, and our dedicated care team.
This is a meaningful opportunity for an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, balancing priorities, solving problems, and helping a team deliver exceptional care.
What you can expect:
- Monday through Friday schedule, either 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- On-site role serving O’ahu, with no travel required
- Very minimal on-call responsibilities
- Hands-on training alongside the current Client Services Manager
- Detailed onboarding and a structured 30/60/90-day development plan
- Opportunity to grow into a Client Services Manager role, with bonus eligibility once established and promoted
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Skilled at managing time and balancing multiple priorities
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- A creative problem-solver who looks for ways to improve processes
- A strong communicator who builds collaborative relationships
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently
- A four-year college graduate or brings equivalent experience
