Role Overview
As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service through registration, check-in, check-out, and financial discussions. Your role is essential in supporting patients, medical staff, and clinic operations by ensuring accurate and efficient administrative processes, contributing to a positive patient experience.

What You Will Do
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
- Handle patient check-out, including cash collections and financial responsibility discussions.
- Assist with preregistration, chart reconciliation, and patient discharge processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the phone.
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and utilize computer information systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
- Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with a clinic environment.
- Experience working with detailed information.
