· Apply knowledge of clinical workflows and health care data to identify opportunities to improve user experience, efficiency, care delivery, and research productivity.
· Provide consultation, education, and clear documentation to help clinical and research users understand available data and tools.
· Participate in institutional, regional, and national research or informatics initiatives; contribute to working groups, presentations, and grant development as appropriate.
· Follow questions through to resolution, communicate status and outcomes to requestors, and recommend durable solutions when recurring issues arise.
