Amazon Web Services(AWS)のProfessional Servicesでは、企業のオンプレミス環境上にあるワークロードをAWSへのマイグレーションを支援し、これらのシステムをモダナイズすることで、お客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーションをより俊敏かつ弾力的に加速できるようにプロジェクトをリードするCloud Infra Architectを募集しています。
お客様の業務を支える基幹システムはビジネスを支える重要なシステムです。多くの企業において、こうしたシステムは、オンプレミス環境で稼働しています。こうしたシステムは安定かつ堅剛である一方で、定常的な運用コスト負荷、短期間で変化するビジネスニーズへの柔軟な対応が容易でないなどが課題になっています。従来のアプリケーション資産をクラウドへマイグレーションし、継承しモダナイズすることでビジネスに俊敏性と持続性を実現化することは大きなチャレンジです。しかし、移行・モダナイズされたアプリケーションアセットを Amazon Web Services(AWS) のマネージドサービス上で動かすことは、単なるプラットフォームやアプリケーションアセットの刷新にとどまらない、お客様の未来を作る仕事です。マイグレーションとモダナイゼーションによってコスト削減、効率化が実現すれば、生成AIなどの最新の技術サービスの活用による新しいアプリケーション開発と新しいビジネスサービスのプロダクトリリースなどの長期的な好循環と価値の享受が期待できます。このようなお客様のビジネストランスフォーメーションの実現を支援するのが Cloud Infra Consultant です。オンプレミス環境の知識と経験を持ち、これらの上で稼働する様々なワークロードのクラウドへのマイグレーションとモダナイゼーションに経験、興味のある方を求めています。
Key job responsibilities
当ポジションのコンサルタントは、お客様とパートナーのオンプレミス環境と稼働するワークロードの評価、計画、動員、設計、実行を支援します。AWS ProServeのコンサルタントは、スケーラブルな移行・モダナイゼーション手法と自動化ツール技術をエンゲージメント全体に適用することで、オンプレミス環境よりクラウドへのマイグレーションおよびモダナイゼーションを加速することを目指します。お客様の経営課題を把握しそれを実現する上で、現行システムのマイグレーションとモダナイゼーションの最適アプローチとそれを実現する全体計画の策定を支援します。また、関係する技術コンサルタントとともに、移行・モダナイゼーションのための最適技術手法や技術選択肢の決定などを支援し、お客様が AWS のサービスを活用してスケーラブルで可用性の高いアプリケーションソリューションを構築できるよう支援します。こうした支援を通じた市場へのサービス投入の短縮化やビジネスインパクトの大きなシステムのクラウドへのマイグレーション＆モダナイゼーションの実現はとてもエキサイティングな経験になるはずです。

Basic qualifications
- お客様先でAWSの代表として、顧客のプロジェクト責任者と情報共有や議論を進めるコミュニケーションスキル- お客様、パートナー様、社内の他部門と連携しプロジェクトを進めるスキル
- データベース環境の要件定義・設計・構築・導入のハンズオン経験とプロジェクトリード経験
- データベース環境を含むシステムのオンプレミス環境→クラウド環境/オンプレミス環境等の移行プロジェクトにてアセスメント・計画・移行の経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語読解・ドキュメント作成・会話力
